Again, the article claims it is equally important to note that communication also helps an employee feel empowered, and it can be the sole motivational factor he might be working for hours. This form of upward communication helps an employee understand that he is also a part of the organization, and his decisions and opinions also matter. The strength of the article lies in the fact that it does refer to a variety of advantages that effective communication has at workplace. On the other hand, the major weakness of the article is that it does not offer any feasible solution to an organization that lacks effective communication.
